Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of dissatisfaction with the solution presented regarding the purchase, in the getLISBON shop, of a good or service that has not met your expectations, we inform you that you may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

This mechanism allows conflicts to be resolved swiftly, impartially and without the need to go to court.

Alternative dispute resolution consists of the possibility for customers to turn to official bodies that act as intermediaries between the consumer and the trader.

These entities may suggest or impose solutions, or alternatively mediate communication between the parties.

This process is generally less costly, faster and more informal than judicial proceedings.
